Within an hour, the manager will contact you to clarify the details and agree on the delivery time. Check if the phone number is correct. If there was a failure and you were not contacted, please write to the support service on the site - we will fix it.

Can I try before I buy?
We understand that the choice of fragrances for yourself and for your home is a delicate process, one might say, a real art. We have a wide range of products for the most demanding taste. Therefore, before buying, you can not only try the fragrances from your order, but also taste alternative options. We are sure that we will be able to choose exactly “your” fragrance.
Which cities are delivered to?
Currently, we regularly deliver products to Antalya, Manavgat and Side. By agreement, delivery to other cities of Turkey is also possible, write to us)
Do you have a showroom?
Our products are presented in 15 stores, which are located on the territory of the hotels. More details can be found in the "Contacts" tab. Since the passage of external guests is limited by the administration, we organize convenient delivery of online orders and conduct product tasting.
How is payment made?
Goods are paid only after receipt, when you are convinced of the quality and correctness of your choice. (Do we accept cash? Or cards too?
What are the return policy?
Unfortunately, cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned. But do not worry - before buying, our consultant will offer you to try different smells and make sure that your choice is correct.
Do you offer gift cards?
We will gladly issue a gift card for you. In the message, indicate to whom the gift is planned and for what amount. Certificates are available in both paper and electronic form.
